How do I add a playlist?
Streavo is a player — you bring your own playlist from a service you are authorized to use. On the welcome screen, choose one of four ways to add it:
- URL — paste an M3U / M3U8 or Xtream Codes link.
- Xtream login — enter your server, username, and password.
- File — import an
.m3ufile stored on your device. - QR code — scan a QR code containing your playlist link.
Streavo doesn't come with any channels — is that normal?
Yes. Streavo does not provide, host, or supply any media content. It is a player for playlists you already have, similar to how a web browser doesn't come with websites. You must supply your own playlist.
Troubleshooting
A channel won't play or keeps buffering
- Confirm the same stream works in another player — the issue is often the source or your connection.
- Check your internet speed; live streams need a stable connection.
- Verify your playlist or subscription hasn't expired with your provider.
My playlist won't load
- Double-check the URL or Xtream credentials for typos.
- Make sure the link is reachable from your network (some providers restrict by region or IP).
How do I reset the app?
You can remove a playlist at any time from Settings. Uninstalling the app clears all locally stored data, including credentials, favorites, and history.
Privacy & data
Streavo stores everything locally on your device. There are no accounts and no tracking. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
